Garfield the cat teaches about online safety, cyberbullying, judging whether an Internet site is giving facts or opinions and understanding the different types of media people are exposed to. This is jointly presented by the Virginia Department of Education, the Professor Garfield Foundation and the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia.
