Technology Committee Minutes

I.Review of Technology Plan
Debi Gray chaired this meeting and distributed an agenda. The group quickly reviewed the technology plan. The new business for the evening was to establish new roles for committee members. Debi Gray would continue as Chair. Alice Leeds volunteered to keep minutes of the meeting. Rick Good volunteered to takeover the task of editing the technology plan and uploading current files to the Internet. Bill Jesdale offered to contact all committee members of meetings.
The group discussed how the technology plan should be presented to the faculty and the public. Bill Jesdale said that a copy of the draft plan would be presented to all faculty and staff and discussed at a faculty meeting first. Other ideas discussed were how to present the information to the Lincoln School Board and to the Lincoln community. Suggested meeting dates for the School Board presentation were discussed. Sandy would continue work on the final draft. All members were encouraged to send comments and corrections to Sandy via email.

The next meeting was set for October 9, 1997 at 7:00 p.m.
